Using STEAM skills to create a robot
Planting Tulips and Tracking Spring!
First graders spent a November afternoon planting red emperor tulip bulbs in the Outdoor Classroom as part of the international science project called Journey North. When plants emerge and bloom, the students will report their observations and data, connecting with hundreds of other schools across the northern hemisphere in discovering and revealing the relationship between climate, geography, and the arrival of spring. The proposed budget was approved and Leah Tahbaz, Vincent Mazzaro and John Brice were elected to the Board of Education.

Sean Llewellyn was named interim assistant principal of Pelham Middle School after serving as the interim since last spring.
